Guademala Part 2

Here are some more pictures from our trip to Guatemala....

The classrooms are in the blue building, and 'the office' was to the left behind the classrooms.

I have never seen sheep riding on the top of a bus before... I don't think they were enjoying the ride.

Cataleena.... she spent the afternoon with us... she was 3 and a delight!

like her!

EASTER in Illinois

We drove down to Washington to spend Easter with Mike, Meg, Patrick, George and Annie. We had lots of fun... starting with pizza Friday night. But it seems that I really do take way too many pictures... and people (mainly Patrick and Rebecca) are getting a bit tired of it! George and Michael share an adoring glance

He is smiling... but my camera is a little too slow to capture it.

You can almost see it here.... he is so adorable! And getting bigger and better everyday.

We made our first lamb mold cake... and Michael was kind enough to share his decorating skills... but I think he is getting a bit sick of me taking pictures too!

Then it was time to go to the park.. the blue park...

Although I did have to give up the picture taking responsibilities for a bit!

Becca needed a shoulder to cry on, and luckily mine was available

Becca enjoyed Annie's purse, and discovered many of her treasures

(especially her lip gloss, which she is quite good at applying all by herself!)

After church we tried to take a few "family" pictures while we were dressed up

But by then, it was a struggle to get anyone to sit still!

Guess we'll just have to go with "candid" shots from now on!
