A Social Week

I had a pretty social week... even at work! I was working on a grant that was due Wednesday, and had plenty of help from Donna Turcany and Gail Schultz... and we got it in a day early! Thank you ladies!
Wednesday night was BUNCO Night! And i even won a prize. I don't know when I have laughed so much... some great stories were shared and i will never be able to think of bee hives quite the same way again!
On Thursday I went to my HCE meeting and then to the Moundview Hospital Partners Salad Luncheon with Donna T.
Friday I spent the day with Paula S. in Madison... shopping and eating at Red Lobster, and more shopping. Nothing like spending a day with Paula!!!!
Today I went to Theresa Brownson's Wedding shower in New London.... beautiful day for a beautiful bride! Caught up with Lydia and Jean Dodge.

Beautiful Bride Theresa

One of the games had Theresa answering questions that had been put to Ross (seen on TV here) and seeing how many they both answered the same. A weight was put in the boat (above) for the answers she gave which were different from Ross'. Although the boat did sink, it was amazing how many they both had the same answers for! Not sure Mark and I would agree on as many answers, and we have been married 30 years (Wednesday, Sept. 16th!)

Labor Day Weekend 2009

We had a grand Labor Day Weekend... and of course I took pictures! Here are two I photoshopped.... I am getting more technical!

Mark and Mary are up to something! Maybe Christmas presents are being discussed!

Started the weekend working at the Faith in Action Pancake Breakfast... (It is the Labor Day holiday after all!) Grandpa and Helen came along to help, but we did let them rest up and enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Took boat rides and saw beautiful sunsets

Had time to chat
